Nutrition Can Be Simple

As a former perfectionist, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and exhausted when it comes to nutrition and exercise. Constant exposure to unrealistic standards (aka "diet culture") can make you think that you must workout obsessively and eat in a super regimented way in order to “check the boxes” and look a certain way.

My mission is to help individuals heal their relationships with food & body image. I help my clients relax around food and make choices that are focused on what makes them feel good and nourished.
