1:1 Coaching

I offer a 6 month program with two 30 minute sessions per month. After we complete a complimentary health history form together, I conduct two check-in sessions per month to help my clients reach their goals, hold space for talking through struggles, and celebrate wins. Together we will discover how your lifestyle impacts your relationship to nutrition, exercise & body image and how to heal.


My clients leave each session with tangible action items to put into practice and work on before their next session.

Ask me Anything Session

Maybe you know what you need to do but you just need support and guidance with getting started. Or maybe you have a specific question or goal in mind that you just want to talk through. You can book a one time “Ask Me Anything” session if there’s something you want to talk to me about regarding your health and nutrition.

Corporate Presentations

If your business or company would benefit from a health and nutrition focused guest speaker as a part of a wellness month or challenge, or general presentation, I can help! I focus these presentations on topics that can relate to the average working professionals such as small habits, prioritization, food labels, cravings, and emotional eating.
